Editorial policy, sources and corrections
IRACircle publishes general education about U.S. retirement accounts. IRACircle is the site attribution, not a claim that a licensed financial adviser wrote or reviewed a page. No CPA, CFP, CFA, attorney, or independent professional review is claimed for the current guides.
Authorship and assistance
The current educational guides were prepared with AI assistance and checked against the linked public sources during this revision. AI assistance is not a professional qualification or a substitute for independent expert review. Hypothetical examples are identified as examples; they are not customer results, testimonials, or investment forecasts.
Sources and tax years
Each guide links to relevant IRS or investor-education sources. Annual dollar limits are labeled by tax year. An IRS publication may describe the prior filing year; use the separate annual limits announcement for current-year figures. Source links support the subject discussed and do not imply IRS or SEC approval of IRACircle.
Publishing and updates
The public collection contains maintained educational guides and separately authored retirement explanations. The automatic source monitor records Federal Register metadata and check status; it does not create articles, refresh authored publication dates, or establish that the law changed. New analysis must be written, checked against the primary document, and added explicitly to the editorial catalog. Source publication, article publication, content revision and source-check dates are kept separate.
Automated source monitoring
A configured job checks retirement-related Federal Register publications from the IRS, Employee Benefits Security Administration and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. The news page reports the actual last completed check and partial, stale or unavailable coverage. A configured schedule is not evidence that the job has run. Monitoring metadata is separate from authored analysis, is not independently reviewed advice, and is not exhaustive coverage of agency announcements. No commercial article bodies are copied.
Corrections
Report a possible error through the Contact page. Include the page URL, the statement in question, the relevant tax year, and a source if available. A correction should identify what changed and update the affected content and revision record. Contact response times are not guaranteed.
Professional review
IRACircle does not currently identify a credentialed reviewer. A future review claim must name the actual reviewer and document the review scope, date, and verifiable qualifications. A badge, byline, or structured-data property must never be generated as a substitute for a review.
Advertising and conflicts
IRACircle has applied for Google AdSense. An application does not mean Google has approved or endorsed the site. Any future affiliate or sponsored relationship should be disclosed beside the relevant content. The current guides do not rank providers or claim to have tested their products.
Limits of the material
The material is general U.S. federal education. It does not consider your complete finances, state taxes, plan documents, beneficiary facts, or investment suitability. Verify current rules and seek qualified, independent help before making a tax-sensitive transaction. Investments can lose value.
